Emotional Overeating Support

We will be running some Emotional Overeating Group Taster Sessions on Thursday 16th July and Thursday 13th August from 4.30-6.30pm.

How we think, feel and behave is influenced by our upbringing; This workshop will explore some of your beliefs, the impact that they have on your relationship with food, and the difficulties that occur when you try to make changes.

In conjunction with the Emotional Overeating Groups, we will be running some Physical Activity Groups starting on Thursday 23rd July from 3.00-4.20pm.
