First Steps is currently expanding it’s board of trustees and is looking for an individual with legal experience together with strong leadership skills, strategic vision, senior management experience and a passion for our mission.
The successful applicant will play a leading role in helping us reaching our 2020 vision of up scaling our organisation and its impact across the East Midlands.
By joining the organisation, you will play a significant role in shaping and realising First Steps potential. In helping design and realize a sustainable and scalable approach, you will ensure The Charity has a far-reaching, lasting impact and legacy. An understanding of mental health is desirable. Trustee terms are for a minimum of 1-year and it is anticipated that a time commitment of 7-10 hours per month is require including attending a maximum of ten Board meetings in Derby on the last Tuesday of each month 19:00 – 20:30.
